You should log in with the credentials (email/password) you used when first registering.  If you have forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link just below the log in form on the artist...

Sometimes images fail to load either because they are the wrong file type or exceed the file size limit.  The best thing to do, is to log into your artist account and reupload the desired images....
