I enjoy experimenting with new techniques and art materials and incorporate a variety of subjects into my paintings, prints, and collages. Working a series helps me to expand and to build upon my ideas. I use light to add intensity and drama to my landscape, still life, flower, animal, and portrait compositions.

In 1962, I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from the Philadelphia College of Art. I have also studied painting and drawing in masters programs at Arizona State University and at California State University, Long Beach.

My work has been exhibited throughout the United States and is in private collections in the United States and other countries.
